Deani’s story with St. George Island started the way many great love stories do — slowly, then all at once. For 25 years, she made the trip down from Lathemtown, Georgia, drawn back season after season by the island’s beauty, its sense of community, and the kind of warmth you don’t find just anywhere. Four years ago, she stopped visiting and started living here — and she hasn’t looked back.
Before real estate, Deani spent over 25 years in home furnishings and interior design — a background that gives her a distinct edge in this market. She doesn’t just evaluate a property’s price; she sees its potential. Brandi Gill is a true Forgotten Coast native. She grew up here, built her life here, and knows this community the way only a lifelong local can — not just the streets and the neighborhoods, but the people, the history, and the rhythms that make this place unlike anywhere else in Florida.
Before joining St. George Island Realty, Brandi had a distinguished career as a Registered Nurse, ultimately serving as a charge nurse in invasive cardiology. That background shaped her in ways that translate directly to real estate: meticulous attention to detail, calm under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to the people she serves. Brandi approaches every transaction the way she approached patient care — with precision, empathy, and the understanding that what she’s doing matters deeply to the person in front of her.
