My wife and I first met Deani Blalock when we became interested in finding a home on the water in Franklin County about 10 months ago. We live about an 8 hours drive away so we really needed someone to be our advocate in this endeavor. From our first conversation we could tell that Deani was very knowledgeable about this area. She was very personable and obviously cared about helping us find what we were looking for. Deani is very easy going, a tireless worker, and has gone over and above what we could have ever expected from any realtor. With every property of interest she would walk through and facetime us, research the property history and ownership expenses. Her husband also used his drone to get great video's of several properties and empty lots we were interested in. It was not easy to navigate the process here as there wasn't much inventory for what we were looking for and dealing with the sellers for what was available was challenging to say the least.
